My experience here in Metrodeal was that the response of their database regarding my voucher was slow. It took about 12-15 hours before my voucher information was able to show in my account. I got scared though because I was reading bad feedbacks about them, but luckily, it wasn't that bad.
Since Metrodeal is still out there, I guess they're doing great, so there's nothing to worry about. Just don't buy much on the expesive items so you won't have a hard time finding them.
